Shipping Policy
At What the Fogg, we are committed to ensuring your orders reach you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are made-to-order, and we process them carefully to ensure the highest quality. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Processing Time
- All orders are made-to-order, meaning each product is custom printed just for you once you place your order.
- Processing Time: On average, it takes 2–7 business days to produce your order depending on the product type and demand at the time.
- Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Standard Shipping within the UK:
- Shipping will typically take 3-5 business days from the time of dispatch.

Please allow for up to 7 business days for delivery during busier periods, such as holiday seasons.

Worldwide Shipping:
- We ship worldwide. Please see what rate options are available at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery: International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local postal services. On average, delivery can take 7–21 business days after dispatch.
- Customs & Delays: International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause additional delays outside of our control.

Separate Shipments:
- As posters and apparel items require different packaging methods, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £85 within the UK.
- Shipping Charges: Orders under £85 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and chosen shipping method.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Our products are fulfilled and dispatched from various fulfilment centres located in different regions around the world. Depending on the destination country and the fulfilment location used for your order, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may or may not apply.
- If your order is shipped from a fulfilment centre located outside your country or customs union, your local customs authority may require import duties, taxes, or processing fees before the order can be delivered.
- In some cases, your order may be fulfilled from a facility within your own country or customs zone, which may prevent customs charges from applying. However, this cannot be guaranteed and may vary depending on product availability, inventory levels, and shipping location at the time your order is placed.
- These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

The end customer is responsible for paying any duties, tariffs, or taxes applicable to their order. What the Fogg is not responsible for these charges, nor can we guarantee your shipment will qualify for duty-free entry under current regulations as political landscapes are constantly changing. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable charges billed pre and post-delivery.
- Customs agencies typically calculate duties based on the declared retail price of the goods.

USA Customers: Tariffs are import taxes that the U.S. government applies to certain products entering the country. U.S. trade policies can change, so we recommend checking the latest guidelines from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or consulting a customs broker to determine if tariffs will apply to your shipment.
VAT Notice:
If VAT is collected in your region at checkout, it will be included in the total order price. Please note that our production partners do not currently show VAT amounts or VAT IDs on shipping labels or packing slips.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location, and tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update after your order has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 15 days from the delivery estimate. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include reshipping your order or issuing a refund.
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@whatthefogg.com within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damaged item. We will either resend a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on the issue.
Wrong Address
- Incorrect or Insufficient Address: Please double-check the shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate the change before shipment.
- If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address and we are unable to re-ship the package to the correct address, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping charges.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: If your item is eligible for a return (due to damage or wrong items), you will be required to purchase a return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue store credit (or a refund, if applicable). Please note that the refund will exclude the original shipping cost.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-Order Items: All products are made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items unless they are faulty or damaged.
- Sale Items & Gift Cards: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
International Shipping
Currently, we only offer standard shipping within the UK. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
