Refund policy
We know you'll love everything you order from What the Fogg, but if something isn't quite right you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to get in touch if something is wrong with your order. Please note that as we sell made-to-order and print-on-demand products, refunds are only available in the case of defective items, not for change of mind.
Returns:
All our orders are made-to-order and are not accepted for returns. We can only accommodate refunds for damaged or defective items, and not for change of mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If an item you received is damaged at our fault, is not the item you ordered, or is the wrong size, please email hello@whatthefogg.com with your order information and include photo proof of the issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible! We currently accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY if the item is defective or damaged and you contact us within 14 days from receiving your package. If 14 days have exceeded, we do not accept returns. The store credit amount will be your total minus the original shipping costs. All customers are required to purchase their own label for the return. Do not send us back any items unless confirmed to do so.
Colour Consistency:
We use the same print machines, paper types, and work processes as our print partners to minimise colour variations. Having said that, printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the colour, consistency, and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, and when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few examples. Please note that due to the nature of the printing process, minor colour variations may occur. These variations are within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge this potential for slight differences in colour.
Damaged Items or Wrong Orders:
If you receive damaged items or the wrong order, we're here to help:
- Contact us as soon as possible, and within 14 days with your order number.
- Provide photos of the issue and order details via email to hello@whatthefogg.com.
- We will issue a full refund or reorder the correct item.
Lost Orders:
For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 15 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.
Wrong Address:
If an address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be responsible for paying for the new order and shipping costs if you wish to reorder.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items, such as art prints, t-shirts, and personalized or made-to-order products, are non-returnable unless they are faulty or defective. Please contact us if you have concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. What the Fogg is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns, so we strongly recommend that you return items using a trackable service to ensure delivery. The time it takes for your returned product to reach us may vary depending on where you live and the postal service used.
