Did you receive a whoopsie? No worries, we’ve got you covered! If your order arrived looking like it had a rough ride or is damaged or defective, snap a pic and email us at hello@whatthefogg.com with your order info and proof of the issue. Remember, we can only accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Grab your camera and let’s get this sorted!

While we don’t do exchanges, if your item arrived more 'uh-oh' than 'oh yeah', send us a quick email with your order details and a snapshot of the problem at hello@whatthefogg.com. We can only offer store credit on items that are unworn and in the same condition received for up to 14 days from delivery to let us know.

Currently the gang only ship to the UK but will be expanding worldwide soon!

Your tees should last a long time with a little love and tender care. Here’s our guide:

1. Turn your tee inside out.

2. Machine washing is totally fine, but try and make sure it’s a cold wash and a gentle cycle.

3. You can throw them in the dryer, but it’s much better to air dry.

4. There’ll be some minor shrinkage after washing, which is standard for cotton.

Because we also print on demand, printing only what’s needed, when it’s needed - we drastically reduce waste and avoids the pitfalls of overproduction.
